I will agree that the extra power from the overbore will be hardly measaureable.
You are going to have to have a joke of a sled for a STOCK 60 to pull 2nd gear in 6500. I have seen a 60HP late A (same gearing as the 60) killed dead in its tracks by a good sled and good track at 5500lbs., in 2nd gear. With a 7 foot long chain, it may hack it though.
