I find things getting heavier and taking longer the older I get and the more horses we accumulate. Lighter materials sure help.
Done the original building (and another just like it) floor and outside area with these cement grass pavers a shovel and wheelbarrow 16"x24" weighs 53 pounds.
Adding on to both, one with the concrete ones because I got a good deal on them and they are more suited to the ground in one place, but this one gets plastic ones that weigh 6 pounds for 40"x40" . They lock together and get filled with sand (in my case fine crushed limestone). If there is a low spot after they are filled, lift them a little with a pair of pliers so the fill falls through. If you're hustling (which I'm not) 1 guy can knock out a lot in a day.
Traded my shovel for a back blade
Hope to finish this one up tomorrow and get it fenced off again.
