2N Clutch R&R

After bushhogging for about 3 hours today, I was
unable to get the transmission in gear without gnashing
the gears. The PTO won't disengage either. Seems to me
that I'm in for a clutch job. I have the Ford
8N manual, and some other literature, but am really nervous
about doing this myself, versus laying out the $400 or so
to have the local Ford shop do the work. Haven't ever done one, so
I am looking for some advice, tips, etc. Are there any special
tools I need, or pitfalls to look out for?
