I think you are meaning "nitro" as in nitromethane instead of nitrous if you are talking about RC engine fuel. I have a RC monster truck and ran 20% nitro in it, and 30% was available for that engine.
What engine is it? Its been awhile since I've messed with mine but I think it just had one tiny piston ring. If its real stiff something else besides the piston ring(s) may be the problem.
