# 1 put up a no trespassing sign and also put that fence back up even if all you do it pull what it there up and nail it to the trees etc. If it is old fence line and you put a fence back on that same line he can not do any thing about it. Oh if you want the deer to be gone from that area when ever you need to take a leak take it in that area. Also if you have any marigolds growing cut them and put them in the area deer hate the smell of them.
