Curse of the dry clutch machines. If you're good about pulling the drain plugs at the bottom of the clutch housing a couple of times a year to drain condensation out they aren't a problem though. If you never drain the water out, moisture will eventually rust the clutch plates together after a year or two of sitting. I've heard you can often break them free by just getting up against something and working the clutches though. If your linkages are frozen, it's probably pretty far beyond that type of rehab, though.
Good luck with the project. I have a 1967 450. I'm guessing this one is a little bit newer since it looks like it has a factory ROPS. If you give up, I may be in the market for that fairlead :)
