Malwarebytes will do it like like Roy said. You should then run a Antivirus program and do a full scan with that after you scan with Malwarebytes If you do not have an Antivirus program AVAST free edition works well. You will also see a shortcut on your desktop called Think Point delete it.
If Malwarebytes will not run after you install it post back here. There is a simple work around.
