Ive got a 36 JD A,one cylinder is low on compression and from looking into the sparkplug hole,I can see the cylinder is oily....My question is, Do you think the condition can be from not working the tractor or more likely a seal or ring problem? The motor was overhauled at least 15yrs ago,but it doesnt have alot of hours on it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
