Guys, it looks like from Steve's name he lives in Connecticut. I worked out there for a few years in the mid 80s. Drove all over the state. I can't imagine driving a tractor 35 miles anywhere in the state. Either the roads are to busy or in the more remote areas not much of a shoulder. Not sure the UHaul is the way to go. Really depends on the trailer and truck you rent. I would be though that if the UHaul is to light, that you can find another rental that would work. If you have not done this and this will be a one time event, see if you can find someone (flat bed tow truck) who you can hire to do it. Good luck, Paul
