Yesterday I made my final cut on my peanut hay with a neighbors NH sickle bar. On my way to return it (about 4 miles) the rear tire let go on my Ford 3910, soaking me in the process! I didnt know what had happened, I thought some kids in a car had hit me with a water balloon!Called the tire place, $500 for a new tire and tube! I have to borrow my paw in laws tractor to rake and bale this afternoon. Most of the hay proceeds will be going to a new tire. Oh well, thats farming, I guess!
