If the splines on the shaft on the pump are worn out, you could take the pump apart and take shaft to a machine shop and have it turned down to the next size smaller and have a keyway cut in it and use the next same size frange with keyway. Quick fix would be to drill hole through flange and shaft and put a Grade Eight bolt in with lock nut. Just a thought.
