John; He does say "after check is cashed" he will send shipper to pick up tractor. You've got the tractor, and you can't cash a check if the sender doesn't know who to send it to and where. Sounds like you are in control to me. There is no attempt to get money from you, didn't ask for a bank account # or anything other than name and address. If you don't trust the sender take Nancy's advise, I,m sure they will appreciate the contribution, although the sender may be suprised to take shipment of a donkey though.
