had an expensive Olympus digital camera, motor seized 2 years old, had extended Olympus warranty that stated they would repair or replace at their option. Sent it in, they send me 25$ off coupon for new camera, come on it was $400.00 new, called them , they were rude, cant fix it is not a current model,OK then replace, No, finally file a complaint with my state attorney general office and magically 2 weeks later it is returned repaired. Never buy another Olympus, bought Sony camera from Walmart and Walmart warranty, it puked within 3 months of warranty expiring, they sent me another newer model, Mark
