250 pounds doesn't cut it for big truck tires.Need at least 400 for buds and 325 for spoked. Not an answer for buying one but this is what I use. I use a 3/4 drive with a sliding bar on the handle. At 3 ft long and I stand on the end I get 600 ft lbs.Ajust acordingly.
In the local shop they use the ones that break open the hande. They seem to like them alot but they are very expencive.
