We have one similar to this in our family room downstairs. It puts out a LOT of moisture. The moisture will cause condensation on your windows that will run down the sashes. We have nearly new insulated glass windows and it still condenses as if they were old double-hungs. Also has an odor to it that the wife can detect after it's been on five minutes. We don't have the blower fan and mainly use it when we're downstairs as without it our downstairs is 10 degrees cooler than up.
