This government we have today has no guts. During the cold war, the people we had in charge then would not have allowed this to continue. The person supplying the material and the fool who is putting it on the internet would have dissapeared. I believe this is treasoness and the people responsible SHOULD be dealt with. I don't know how sensitive this material is but I hope it is not detrimental to our security, our foreign policy or to our troops. Salty language (read profanity) is inherent in all aspects of life , no matter how high or how low you go. Something we all have to live with. In my humble,possibly misguided opinion.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
