Apparently it does not work for preachers if they have to beg for money, sell books, DVD's, etc., and place guilt trips on the flock to get them to give. If you want lessons in sales and marketing, just watch some of these articulate professionals, as they spin verses out of the Holy Bible to simply serve their own needs and greed. If you want lessons in reality, just wait until they get caught either swiddling money or stepping outside of their marriage (or both). History books are full of these crooks.
