Thanks JD, I think I may have it fixed......
In Options there was a box checked....Use deleted folder for IMAP accounts.....I have a POP 3 E Mail Server (NOT web based e mail) and I think its an IMAP soooooooo maybe it was sending my mail to Deleted (thats sure where its ending up)
Only thing is what it was actually doing was it was coming to INBOX first but then after I read/opened it later it got sent to Deleted Folder
