About that Chevy Volt! Why our Federal Goverment bought about 20 - 25% of all the orders. So now we all will own one like it or not!!! When people call GM "Goverment Motors" its really not that false a statement.
REMEMBER! When You buy something; Anything from China. You drive up gas, oil, LP, & all other petroleum prices here; because the demand goes up there in China. Even though our economy suffers here they are coming out of the stone age still in areas there. If our eceonomy recovers here. We might be happy paying $5/gal for gas/diesel here. That sounds crazy; but I hear experts saying $7/gal. in 5 - 10 years isnt unlikely! Most of Europe has been $5 + for years. & by the way the Chinese Economy is expected to grow around 8% next year. HOW WILL THE US COMPARE? This is what I think!
1) 0% growth gain or close to it! 2) higher petroleum! 3) Probably higher taxes! 4) Continuing depression in real estate. (non farm) 5) Jobs might increase! 6) Wages decrease!
