As long as you don't feed them too fast, and you use a chute instead of a thrower, you should be able to run a John Deere 24T. There are several different New Hollands out there that you could run, including 66, super 77, maybe a 268 or 310. We ran a 14T John Deere (similar in size to a 24T but older) with an NAA in a pinch. Occasionally balers show up equipped with their own engines (usually a Wisconsin V-4). You'd only have to tow it. Starting it might be a problem sometimes.
