I have since found out I was not the only person to receive said letter.
I tried to call said code enforcer, but will not talk to me, since property is owned by my father..
Father has called, he said try to hide some of it, make it look a little better and we'll work from there.. So we're at least getting somewhere.
I know he's just doing his job, and I respect that, just chaps my butt that the stuff moves, but essentially has been in the same place for 5-6 years now, and now it's a issue.
Tomorrow I'll be back to cutting up one of the combines, and figuring out what tires are worth holding and what tires should be sold, given away, or discarded.
