If storage is all your really looking for you might want to look into a Clear Span building. From what I've seen and heard their buildings are really good quality, have a great warranty on the materials , and are very reasonabley priced. Too, depending on the type you choose and your location it can be considered a portable building instead of a fixed one so taxes aren't that big of an issue.
