DEXTA LIFT ARMS

I think the arms which connect the hydrolic lift arms to the implement lift arms are to long on my 1950 Fordson Dexta. When the hydrolics are all the way down the implement arms are on the ground. The current arms are aprox. 22" pin to pin. How long should they be? Any sources?
