If you do find that the radiator is undersized or inadequate due to low airflow around the blade, you will be happy to find that the 6.9/7.3 IDI diesels were hard to cool and had a huge radiator. A VISTA-PRO Part # 432194 from rockauto, at 258 bucks, is one of the biggest radiator ever installed in a Ford pickup and bolts into your truck. Better have a good thermostat!
