All this holliday stuff (ecards, music, pictures, etc) really loads up the temp internet files and plugs up the memory needed to open things. Start by emptyiny them and getting rid of cookies. Another good idea is to set your email so it dumps any emails that are forwarded (has an FW in front of the subject, then manually delete any that slip through before you open them (regardless if your best friend tommy or sister bertha sent it to you). You'll avoid most viruses and worms by just doing that.
