This story came over the news just before Christmas. Today more details came out. The 10yold was playing with a 12yold at the elders home, unsupervised. They went to the fathers bedroom and dug out an unloaded pistol which was hidden in a dresser drawer, in a holster under cloths. The two kids played with it for a while, and went back to the dresser and found a loaded clip in another drawer. It's reported that they inserted and removed the clip several times before the gun discharged, killing the younger boy. The father has been arested for endangering a minor and his 12yold son is facing manslaughter charges, in juvinal court. I'm sure there will be much much more on this, as it evolves.
