Regardless of brand, that 60 hp will not do very well pulling 5,000 pounds up any kind of hill, and most older tractors don't have the kind of brakes you would need to stop those 5,000 pounds.
A Farmall Super M with the governor turned up, Fire Crater Pistons, and 450 head/manifold/cam will run in the low 20-mph range and would have disc brakes. You could add enough weight to keep from sliding the tires most of the time.
Being blunt and cranky, I'll say this: How much life insurance do you carry? I'd suggest you buy more, and lots of liability insurance.
