I wached C.span,and it looks like the boys and girls in the house and senate are way too comfortable,big cozy leather chairs,nice carpeting,must always be nice and cool in the summer time because the boys always have their suit coats on I think maybe they are too comfortable why not first loose the big leather stuffed chairs , and get then some nice amish built oak chairs with NO padding and then set the air conditioner to 80 degrees in the sunner months,and 55 degrees in winter time,maybe that would keep them awake and focused
