I had it done about four years ago to both eyes, one at a time of coarse. I drove home from the first one with my glasses off, could see better with the one that was just done than the one that still needed to be done even with my glasses on. I need reading glass on some things, but can read a news paper without glasses. Go for it, will be the best thing you can do.
