I had a bad mark put on my credit rating that was totally bogus. This lawyer completely agreed and said that if I ever had a problem getting credit or a loan because of it, to let him know. He said he would love to go after Creditel, Equifax and the other credit bureau's because he was hearing a lot of similar stories. As long as a company is registered with one of the credit bureau's, they can put a bad rating on a customer without any investigation what so ever. Dave
