They must do it different for you, then here. Here, Deere Co. requires me register with a dealer, get a username and password, etc. Then, I can look up parts and order through that dealer. I've tried it twice and both times, the order did not get placed. That because it's not in the hands of Deere Co., it's in the hands of that local dealer and whoever is handling email and parts orders. The second time the order was not done, I called the dealer and asked what was going on. He told me they like to call customers by phone and verify on-line orders - and they hadn't gotten around to calling me yet (after a full week had passed).
