My CNH-Fiat-Streyer dealer is OK. I talk to one of the owners once in a great while and the GM will usually try to say Hi when I go in. The parts guys usually do well, they understand serial # breaks and watch out for them, and they pretty much always get me the right part and usually promptly and usually for no more than three times what you would expect to pay.. The service dept. ticked me off last spring when I took an assembly in to get an old sleeve pressed out and new in, and a little cleaning and reassemble. I estimated three hours and they hit me with eleven. It's the first time in about eight years that I had them do anything for me so I am going to think a little more before I do again.
