there's those same non experienced tatooed jewelry wearing crackberry button pushers in all sort of places of work! especially when you put the old part in their face and their still lost in space! i have experienced the same problem at diff. times. AND then other times you can get someone who will bend over backward to help. just no pride in work ethnics with some people. one more example i just thought of... was standing in line in mcdonalds no one behind me. the girl served the person in front of me then looked at her watch and said "im on my break now". she just walked away and left me standing there. then the manager walk up front and i let him have it. all she had to do is serve me and the line up was done then go on break.
