Dont think your going to happier dealing with New Holland. Ag side is better than Construction but both divisions have major issues wth parts support.
There is a reason for Deeres mega dealers and its because a stand a lone dealership today cant afford the operating cost.
With every new model you are sent and invoiced the required special tools. If your a muti store dealer you buy one tool set and ship it around as needed.
Have you priced a dyno lately? A single dealer store cant afford the cost and having a dyno is a dealership requirment.
Having the means to deliver what you sell is also a dealership requirement...... Have you priced a semi and equipment trailer lately? This is a unit that will never recope its investment for a dealership and is a money pit.
I hear all this mega dealer bashing but the operating cost are too great for a single store operation to survive.
I worked for one of the last stand alone dealers in Indiana and know first hand what it takes $$$ wise to just turn on the lights every morning. With multi stores you get to spread some operating cost around.
If you have problems with counter parts personal who not just oder your parts online and have them shipped to you? Simple, easy and if you receive the wrong item you have only your self to blame.
If the time you took to post your rant you could have had that part ordered and on the way to you.
