I've got my latest MF 175 for sale on a major online site I've had good luck with. Had a couple of tire kickers, no luck yet. Guy calls me from an area code 3 hours away. This didn't surprise me, as my last 175 is working hard in sunny Mexico. Asked me if I would deliver it to Miami, 6 hours away, for $400. I declined. He said he would send me a check for our agreed upon amount. Once it was cashed (no way I would run it through my bank) a trucking company would pick it up. I know the old saying, but it seems too good to be true. What am I missing? If I have green cash in hand, how could I go wrong?
