My Understanding is that you are right.If you think a bit ahead you will see the logistics of doing this are nearly impossible. My understanding is that I will have to send my power supplier a 1099 for the electric at my shop. the slight problem here is that I will send them a 1099 for the calendar year that I use and it will not match the fiscal year that they will report (different year dates) I will not try to get into politics, but did anyone that put this together think of the costs to businesses to implement this? Better get down off of my pedestal before I get cranked up.I will start to track those that will need to get 1099s Good Luck, Andy
