Does anyone know how to contact Otto Tegtmeyer from Kansas, I have his email but he is ignoring my emails privately and through paypal. He bought a John Deere BO Crawler Parts tractor from me, paid with paypal, complained to paypal that it wasnt as described, paypal sided with me and closed the case as a false claim and I was able to keep the money that was paid for the tractor, now he filed a complaint with his credit card company and they took the $2000 out of my bank account, so now he has the money and the tractor and is ignoring me. If I dont hear from him soon, a lawyer will be contacting him for theft. Anyone know this guy? or Have his Phone Number?
