I think these VW bugs where the sorryest contraptions ever build. they where noisy,had no power or heat to speak of and drank like a tempelier,i can't figger how some people could fall in love with the things. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery.
