Leeds, Alabama. Barber Motorsports Park. The locals on the forum here will know of the Barber Dairies business and correct me with the exact history, however the reader's digest version is Mr. Barber made his many millions in the dairy business,,,, that I believe he sold to General Food's, who still market the products under his name in the Alabama area.
Mr. Barber loves motorcycles, has one of the highest rated road course motorcycle tracks in the world, a facility you must see as everything in the park is first class, all grass is irrigated, all gravel perfectly raked etc etc. The Museum is with out challenge, the best in the world.
My favorite part is the Barber Museum, it contains his collection of 3,000 plus motorcycles, from the very early days up to some of this years models. The museum it self has about 1,500 on display at anytime. The building alone is amazing, the restoration shop is on the bottom floor, they can and do make anything needed. Water jet, CNC, castings, etc etc..
