I will be hitting the road bright and early tomorrow to look at old John Deere Implements and some old John Deere tractors. The first stop is Waterloo, Nebraska to look at the John Deere 494A planter that I posted about before. After that I will be headed to Stanton Nebraska to look at a bunch of old John Deere stuff. The man said that he has old John Deere 60"s, A"s, B"s a D and even an L. He also said that he has a shed full of two cylinder parts that he bought at an auction years ago and that they are all marked as to what they are and part number. He also said that he has 6 John Deere front mounted cultivators and lots of old pull type and mounted plows, listers and horse machinery. Looking forward to checking all of this stuff out tomorrow. Going to travel about 270 miles total. I just need to get all this done before all the snow hits us! I will post back on my findings once I return. From Denton, Nebraska. Andrew Kean.
