Reach under the dash on the passenger side. Feel around and you'll find the blower control harness (it has about 12 wires and easy to get to). With the fan on a setting that does not work, wiggle the connector of the harness until it works. My '06 has the same problem. It is a fairly common problem. When you get an extra hour or two you can take the harness loose and clean up the contacts thoroughly and that should fix the problem.
