I got food poisoning once from eating at McDonalds in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Made it home, but was so wiped out I went to our doctor to get something to perk me up.
The doctor started telling me what all McDonalds puts in there hamburger and I about got sick all over again in his office.
Actually, it must have been the sauce. I had a Big Mac, my brother-in-law had a Quarter Pounder, and his daughter, being a figure- conscious 19 year old, had a plain hamburger. Ed and I got sick and Kimberly didn't, so it must have been the sauce or something common to Big Macs and Quarter Pounders.
Later, I mentioned it to a fellow from Colorado I worked with, and by coincidence he'd eaten at the same McDonalds in Fort Morgan. He said the stuff at that McDonalds did taste different from other McDonalds.
