Jan..From what litlle I know I think you are right. This is almost unbelivable but in somewhere around 1975 I did some dozer work cleaning up an elderly man,s farm. Growed up in the fence corner was this grader. He said when he came home from world war ONE his job was to pull the grader from town to the river ever day. The power was a fwd truck of sorts. Realy nothing but motor and wheels. Anyway know where the grader has been for about all of it,s years. It is in like new shape and been in many photos. Some day I plan to get the 30 on up in front of it.. Have a good one Jerry

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
