I think the 4040 actually has 3600 hrs, I was looking at my notes on the wrong tractor. the 4040 has been converted to R134A already. I am fimiliar with the 40 series deeres, we have a 4440 already.
Dad is leaning more for the newer stuff (new holland, Mc Cormick, ETC) but I prefer the 4040.
This tractor is replacing a 5400 deere, FWA, loader, no cab. It just wasnt "heavy duty" enough for me as a loader, and I think that the TL100 will be the same. The TL100 we looked at seemed to be a lot lighter than I thought it would be.
