I have always been a sucker for a sad story. Have I been Scammed?? Probably. I just hope that most of my handouts went to people that really needed it. One thing I will not ever do is respond to a request from someone that is smoking a cigerette. If he can afford smokes he doesn't need money for food. Good for You.
