Jim, I find that when more then one person responds to a specific problem(Note I said (specific)there seems to be SOME who can't wait to become self serving and argumentative to chime in with their words of insults. I guess it's the nature of the beast, but IMHO I can do well with out that type of answer.Most problems I've encountered with different items I own,has been well received and well answered with SEVERAL responders who by the way are polite and knowledgeable. What one responder didn't think of as a solution, another thought of a different approach to solving the problem.Now to me that makes for GREAT problem solving.Some responses are quite HUMOROUS and relives the tension the problem created.
