Let it run and warm up. Then see if it works properly. The control valves on my backhoe would freeze but work fine after the oil warmed up. There was no sign of water in the oil. Maybe just a tiny bit of condensation is enough to freeze it or reduce flow through the couplers or valve. Dave

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
