ih10020: just bought a .41 magnum (Ruger Blackhawk) myself, and it's my first .41, so I've been chasing ammo down myself. Got ammo from Midway USA. Bought 2 boxes of Doubletap 210-grain hollowpoints for starters, as it was something they had in stock and I've always had good luck with Doubletap ammo in other calibers. Local hardware/sporting store also stocks .41 Magnum, though they usually only carry Winchester 175-grain Silvertips, which have a good reputation as a self-defense load, but might be a touch light for anything larger than deer. I've already ordered dies to reload for it, as I do for many other calibers, but brass is in even shorter supply at the moment than loaded ammo. Prior experience has shown me that Doubletap brass is decent stuff to reload, so hopefully I'll have enough to tide me over until the brass shortage eases up.

I was also embarking on planting 1000 eucalyptus trees, and hence I would need a ripper, small disk plow, sprayer etc. to get these things accompli
