People are simply "misinformed". There is "climate change" and it is man-made..however it's not from Co2 and fossil fuel emmissions. More likely from HAARP and cloud seeding programs. Whenever HAARP has the capabilities to alter jet stream movements and air temps by heating the iososphere by 50,000 degree increments...I think Co2 is the least of our worries. The whole GCC is a facade to explain away anomolies while instilling enough fear in the populous to gain power and wealth.
Indeed controlling the weather is one of mankinds greatest feats...and greatest failures. Sad.
