I think you can purchase a "cheap" one at places like:Harbor Freight,China built stuff. Or tractor supply stores etc. They are ok, but for the price, not built like they used to be. You can make one out of an old kitchen sink or small barrel etc. You'll have to locate a pump as well. Good luck. I have been wanting to build one for over 15 years.
